These Terms and their interpretation are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which our development entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Should any provision be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
